Massage Therapy

Swedish Massage: If you want relaxation, then this is the massage for you! Our skilled therapist will melt your tension and anxiety away by using massage techniques tailored just for you. This type of massage relaxes and refreshens muscles, calms the nervous system and physically relaxes the body. This treatment is offered in 1/2 hour, 1 hour and 1 1/2 hour sessions.

Deep Tissue Massage: Deep tissue massage is also called deep muscle therapy or deep tissue therapy. This type of massage works deeply into the muscles and connective tissue to release chronic aches and pains, helping relieve your joint pain, stiffness, soreness, increase circulation and hastens healing. This treatment is offered in 1/2 hour, 1 hour and 1 1/2 hour sessions.

Thai Yoga Massage: Thai yoga massage uses slow, often meditative, rhythmic pressing by fingers, thumbs, hands, forearms, elbows and feet and yogalike stretches coupled with gentle rocking motion. This massage is usually done with clients wearing workout clothes on a mat, but can be incorporated into a deep tissue massage. It helps promote lymphatic drainage, range of motion and joint mobilization can be increased. This treatment is offered in 1/2 hour and 1 hour sessions.

Sports Massage: This type of massage is applied to athletes to help them train and perform free of pain and injuries. The highly skilled massage therapist combines compression, pressure-point therapy, cross-fiber friction, joint mobilization and different types of hydrotherapy if needed to meet the special needs of the performers and fitness enthusiasts. This treatment is offered in 1/2 hour sessions in office or at events.

Chair Massage: This is massage on the go. You just don't have time to get a full body massage but need some relief. This massage is given with the client fully clothed and seated in a special massage chair. It is the perfect remedy for a not so perfect day. A ten minute chair massage is proven to help melt your tensions away. This treatment is offered by the minute and can be done in office or on-site.

Reflexology: This type of bodywork is done on either the hands or the feet. Reflexologists believe that there are reflex points in the hands and feet that relate to every organ and body part. By stimulating these points on the hands or feet you can also stimulate that organ or part of the body. Very relaxing treatment! This treatment is offered in 1/2 hour sessions.

Foot or Hand Massage: Our hands and feet are abused everyday. Come take a well- deserved break and get a relaxing foot or hand massage. This will calm the nervous system, increase circulation and promote a wonderful sense of relaxation and renewed energy. This treatment is offered in 1/2 hour sessions.

Pregnancy Massage: The extra weight of pregnancy can take a toll on the body. This wonderful massage pampers the mother-to-be. It addresses the special needs of pregnant women such as discomforts in the low back, feet and legs. This treatment is offered in 1/2 hour and 1 hour sessions.

Trigger Point Massage: This type of massage addresses lack of blood flow and hypersensitivity in muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. These trigger points are defined by their referral of pain to distant locations in muscles, connective tissue and organs. This treatment is incorporated into a deep tissue massage.
